Throughout Attorney Victoria M. Lagoe's career she has strived to provide outstanding advocacy for her clients in a variety of legal matters. Attorney Lagoe has been an Associate Attorney with two local law firms with her practice concentrated in Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation Law. Attorney Lagoe has additionally worked for the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. During her time with this agency, Attorney Lagoe was involved in the enforcement of violations made by the state's child care agencies and regulating the state's child care agencies' business practices.

Attorney Lagoe graduated from the University at Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After, Attorney Lagoe received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School. During her time at Albany Law School, Attorney Lagoe was the Managing Editor of Technology and Development for the Albany Government Law Review.

Also, Attorney Lagoe volunteers frequently with several area charitable organizations and programs including the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County. In 2011, Attorney Lagoe received the Empire State Counsel Award from the New York State Bar Association for providing over 50 hours of pro bono service to the Rochester area.
